Our diffusers are prepared for each order and packed carefully before dispatch.
Dispatch
Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed from Friday through Sunday begin processing from the next working week. Busy periods and Limited Edition launches may occasionally extend preparation times.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email update to the address used at checkout.
Delivery
Available delivery services, charges and any free-delivery offer will be shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch and may be affected by carrier delays outside our direct control.
Missing parcels
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check any safe place, household members and nearby neighbours first. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number so we can review the tracking and advise on the next step.
